Delivery information

BabyBjörn Shop offers free standard delivery on purchases over $100 with Australia Post. There is a delivery charge if your total purchases are below this amount.

To see how much shipping will cost, please add your selected products to the shopping cart, then go to the checkout and enter your postcode.

Your parcel can be tracked on Australia Posts website [click here].

Please note that upon receiving your parcel you must be able to present valid identification and sign an order slip.

Delivery to another country
Click the flag at the top of the page and select the country you'd like to order to. If the order is a gift for someone abroad, enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. Then uncheck “Use shipping address as billing address” and enter your own billing address.

We ONLY deliver within Australia. For questions regarding how to buy our products outside of Australia, please contact customer service.
